Manufacture

Our manufacturing services are able to provide a wide range of fabrication services in all steels, e.g. alloy, stainless and mild steel. Individual components can be manufactured to order or we can assemble to your specification.

Our services are flexible and we are able to work with a variety of materials, so please feel free to contact us for details and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.

We have a full inspection room. All micrometers are calibrated monthly by Andy Searson who is also responsible for the inspection department.

We are approved for railway work by Railway Projects Ltd and Bombardier, Derby and for nuclear work by Rolls Royce Marine Power Operations Ltd, Raynesway, Derby, Rolls Royce Platform Maintenance, Sinfin, Derby.
